The Rore model is built in three steps: extracting 473-dimensional feature vectors from protein sequences, using the feature extraction method proposed by Wei, and selecting the most informative vectors among these according to the VFC feature dimensionality reduction method. Finally, the model is trained using the XGBoost algorithm
